Hi, I’m Grace.
I am an Enneagram 8 for those of you that love personality tests. I have worked in bridal & retail for 10+ years both as a consultant or stylist and also as a leader. I have a business degree, and I have seen the insides of many messy company structures and also many dysfunctional teams. I have always been bold, opinionated, and I never settle for anything but growth. I used to be that annoying employee that tried to tell management all the changes we could make to be more efficient, sell more product, drive traffic, improve morale, or manage inventory. That is until I finally got the chance to make all those changes and see the growth that came from them.
I eat, sleep, and breathe all things bridal, sales strategies, brand awareness, and empowerment. I am a dog-mom, wife, and warm weather lover. Bridal market is a holiday for me, and I spend my free-time outside or studying up on the latest trends in consulting. I believe we should all get to work in a growth focused, healthy working environment given that we spend more than half our life there. I believe in adaptability and creativity. I believe that to be successful, you have to be all-in, and that means everyone involved with your business . I don't believe in "getting-by". I believe in greatness.
